Refunds may be granted for products or services purchased directly through xelovexiona.quest. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Digital services must not have been fully delivered or completed.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for review unless otherwise required by applicable law.
